TECHNICAL & COMMERCIAL DETAILS

Define the details. Connect with confidence.

Availability and specifications are subject to confirmation in your proposal.

01

Codecs & interconnection

Share your endpoint, codec preferences, DTMF requirements and signalling details. Supported codecs, media handling and interoperability testing are subject to technical confirmation.

02

Session capacity & caller identity

Specify your PBX, concurrent call requirements, CPS and caller identity needs. Authentication, numbering and session limits are subject to an agreed technical plan.

03

Route quality · ASR / ACD / PDD

ASR measures answered calls against attempted calls; ACD measures average call duration; PDD describes the delay after dialling until call progress. Ask for destination-specific measurements, reporting windows and agreed targets. No performance thresholds are published here.

04

Monitoring, redundancy & NOC

Request confirmation of monitoring scope, alternate routing, failover behaviour and escalation arrangements. Redundancy levels and 24/7 NOC availability must be agreed explicitly; they are not guaranteed by this page.

05

PBX readiness & call testing

Provide the PBX make and version, network layout, NAT/firewall constraints and required number format. Include inbound and outbound calls, caller identity, DTMF, hold and transfer in the proposed interoperability test plan. Confirm transport, authentication and media settings during technical review.

06

Size the commercial requirement

Separate concurrent channels, monthly minutes and required numbers in your enquiry. Ask which setup, recurring and usage charges apply, and clarify capacity changes, contract term and cancellation conditions. Discuss emergency calling needs explicitly before selecting a service.
